of projects of Department “Geodesy” grouped in the following categories for years 2015 – 2019:

1. Projects funded by the budget subsidy
• National Geodetic Networks – Status, development, processing and analysis of measurements and application in geodynamics;
• Analysis of satellite and astronomical data for the purposes of geodesy, geophysics and geodynamics.
2. Projects funded by the fund “Science research” and other national funds
• Monitoring and information system for recent crustal motion and seismic hazard by national GNSS, seismic and strong motion networks;
• Monitoring of landslide processes on the Northern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria through cooperate use of data from global navigation satellite systems and interferometric images from synthetic aperture radar.
3. Projects funded by ministries and other government institutions
• Implementation of the tide gauge station at Black Sea – Varna, Bourgas and Irakli and ensure their continuous work, processing of the sea level registrations and analysis of the results. Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre.
• Determination of geodetic coordinates using GPS and calculation of altitudes. NIMH.
• Control of coordinates of base stations of infrastructure networks that have received a certificate of compliance from Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre
• Preparation of Project for Instruction for creation and maintenance of the National Levelling Network. Agency for Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre.
4. Projects and contracts funded by companies
• Provision of data from reference stations;
• Monitoring the stability of all permanent stations of NIGGG and NAVITEC;
