Dessislava Poleganova Geographer Dessislava Poleganova
works as a geographer at the
Geography Department (division “Economic and Social Geography”) at National
Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography, Bulgarian Academy of
Sciences. She graduated from the Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” with
Master degree in Geography and specialization in “Economic geography,
economic activities and complexes” (1998). Her scientific research
and interests are focused on regional geography, political geography,
behavioral geography, geography education. She has a long teaching experience
in higher education (1999-2016), participated in domestic and international
research projects, and is author and co-author of scientific papers published
in Bulgaria and abroad. |
