Peter Kovachev is an assistant at the Department of Geodesy at the National Institute of Geophysics, Geodesy and Geography, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. Since 1982, he has experience in Synchronization of high-precision time scales, Radionavigation systems and high-precision GPS applications. The research tasks they carry out are focused on the statistical methods in the field of GPS measurement to evaluate errors in theoretical and practical aspects. His scientific interests and research projects are in the fields of time series geodetic data analysis and risk mitigation.
